The second annual Wings Over the Rockies Nature Festival photo contest has been created for residents and visitors to the upper Columbia River valley to help build a constituency for nature and the festival itself; a photo library of our geographic area (the East Kootenay) that WOTR can use for promotions and educational purposes; and to build a visual awareness of the need for stewardship and to celebrate people’s connection to the valley.
